Collection & Returns

Collection Policy

All orders will be confirmed via email and a date will be set for collection. All collections are at Brauhaus Restaurant & Pub at United Square. As some of the orders take 2-3 days to make, you will be notified of a time and date to collect them. At the moment, we do not do delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

Orders once made will be considered final. Should the product not be up to standard when produced, an email will be sent to cancel the order, and the amounts refunded even before it is delivered for collection. There will be no return nor exchange once the orders are collected as they are perishables.
